More Studying. Ice Skating in Ireland.

Thursday, after spending most of the week studying, I went out with some friends from school for a classmates birthday party. Emma and I headed over, and she decided to have a free drinks, so I finally got to see drunk Emma. She spent the night dancing, and being all cuddly and telling me how happy she is that I decided to come to Ireland. She ended up falling asleep on the couch while we were still out, so when everyone else was going to the bar, we went home. Friday, I headed to the library to work on our final paper for Strategic Marketing Management. I had all of the information collected, I just needed to sit down and write it. It was probably my most productive day yet, as I just sat down and just worked away. My friend also brought me a donut to the library. Not just any donut, a Toblerone donut. After I got my work done, I headed home to eat, and do more work. I spent most of the weekend re-writing notes, and getting everything organized to study for exams. I'm trying to get caught up on assigned readings, and notes, one class at a time.
Sunday, I worked on the paper some more. Not because my part was unfinished, but because a group member didn't do their work, ah the joys of group work. Emma and I proofread the entire paper together. I was curled up in bed, and she read it to me aloud, sort of like a bedtime story, but not as interesting. When we were finally happy with it, we sent it to my Aunt to proofread before we printed it.
On Wednesday, we handed in the paper first thing in the morning to get it out the way. Most of our papers have to be spiral bound before handing them in, and it makes them feel so official and fancy. It's a great feeling to finally hand them in and be done with them as well. After class, I went skating with some friends. It seems like a very cliche thing to think that "everyone" in Canada can skate, but it's funny to see someone who's 22 just learning. I'm a pretty bad skater in Canadian terms, but in Irish terms, I'm excellent.
