Being Productive (sort of), and More Adulting.

Sorry to disappoint after a few interesting weekly blogs, but this week has been a boring one. Filled mostly with school projects, and general adult responsibilities. It's getting to that point in the semester where I'm spending a lot more time at the library. The picture isn't even exciting, but it's literally the only one I took this week. Our house with a blue sky, a rare occurrence, so we commemorated the event with a photo.
Friday, Emma and I spent the day at the library. Most people here at the IT don't have classes on Friday's, so it is next level silent in the library, and I love it. I didn't feel overly productive, as I spent most of the day researching rather than writing. Still necessary, but not doesn't feel like getting much done. After our day at the library, we decided we deserved to do some shopping so we headed into town despite the rain. We got snacks, face masks, and candles to go home and have the most basic girls night ever. Saturday I woke up with a disgusting eye infection, which I won't gross you out with the details of. I headed to the pharmacy, and got some eye drops, and it cleared up by Sunday morning thank goodness. In general, it was a very low key weekend. We cleaned, did school work, and went to the gym. Necessary, but not necessarily blog worthy. I did listen to some new Taylor Swift, which I really struggle with, because her music is a guilty pleasure, but I dislike her as a person. There was a great episode of my favourite podcast about this as well, which I listened to over the weekend (you can find it here if you're interested).
Monday was filled with class, a lot of hot chocolate (for motivational purposes because I don't drink coffee), a little bit of procrastination, and lots of work on final projects. Tuesday, and Wednesday were much of the same. It's getting into the busy time of year.
